I downloaded and unzipped the MS509 update pack. After starting the maxi-link program and selecting the file to download and hitting the update button both the Maxi-Link software and the MS509 show a download progress bar but nothing happens. They both just sit there and there is noprogress. Can someone help.

I solved my own problem. I had a bad ubs connection
